RAGS has carefully researched the highest quality, premimum raw materials which are used to produce the best furniture, slipcovers, bedding and accessories in the industry.

The furniture frames are made of premium 100" Hardwood Alder that is kiln dried. The frames are glued, screwed and reinforced and braced with corner blocks. A horizontal cut rail is used for additional support. The arms contain no cardboard and are wood slatted. Rags uses no-sag springs hand-tied every 4" with Belgian twine to prevent the spreading of the springs. The shape of the frame is created with foam and cotton and covered with burlap followed by another layer of foam. The furniture is then upholstered in natural canvas or swatch fabrics.

The cushions offered are in foam or down. The majority of Rags' furniture is requested in down. The down option is a seat cushion with a down envelope which is down channeled in a muslin cover two inches thick, then sewn into an envelope. The back cushion is five inches thick in a 90/10 feather/down. The foam option is a seat cushion made of six inches of foam, book wrapped with Dacron. The back cushion is a fiberfill insert.

The recommended care of the slipcovers, tabletop bedding and accessories is to dry clean.
